How it works

Medical practices lose patients when calls go unanswered and cancelled slots sit empty. EzziFlow answers every call, books visits into the practice schedule and calls waitlisted patients one at a time to refill cancellations. Urgent symptoms are flagged for nurse review. It books into the EHR through NexHealth, runs on a Retell voice agent and checks insurance through pVerify. Dawood built it as Careflow and sold it in 2025. It is now owned by Henagon, and Dawood still works with the EzziFlow team. See it live at ezziflow.com.

How it works

Small home care agencies miss after-hours calls and scramble when a caregiver calls out at 5 AM. Coverage Line answers the agency phone after hours. When a caregiver calls out, it texts and calls eligible caregivers in the order the owner sets, locks the shift to the first yes and shares the client address only with that caregiver. New family inquiries get intake questions and a morning callback. Emergencies go straight to the on-call person. Built by MS Dream Solutions in Conroe, Texas.

How it works

Waste haulers still print route sheets, check in by radio and learn what happened at the end of the day. RouteFlow takes the billing export the office already has, puts stops in route order and flags addresses it cannot place before a route is approved. Drivers work from a tablet that keeps working with no signal and syncs when coverage returns, while the office map updates live. It runs in production on the customer's own AWS account.

How it works

Oil and gas operators must turn infrared leak surveys into an annual EPA Subpart W methane report, usually by hand in spreadsheets. The Methane Filing Engine drafts that report from the survey export and shows the full derivation behind every number, including the emission factor, leak duration, unit conversions and the regulation behind each step. AI only suggests column mappings when fixed rules cannot. It never touches a calculated number, and nothing is final until a qualified reviewer signs off.

How it works

Since January 1, 2026, New York public works contractors must file certified payroll electronically, and most small contractors' payroll systems cannot produce the required file. This filing engine takes the payroll export a contractor already has, cleans it, checks every worker against the Department of Labor schema and flags what an auditor would question. It outputs the exact XML the state portal accepts and holds back any file that would be rejected. Each customer gets a private, invite-only portal.

Busy owners lose follow-ups because meeting notes never reach the CRM. Ava is an AI chief of staff on Telegram, built for a catering company owner. Voice notes become CRM notes and tasks with due dates. Ava drafts emails and texts, checks every recipient against the CRM and sends nothing until the owner taps approve. A brief with the day's tasks and quiet deals arrives every morning at seven.

Small software teams run scattered free security scanners with no gate before release. SentinelForge runs Semgrep, Gitleaks, Trivy and OSV together, removes duplicate findings and decides whether a release may ship. The gate fails closed. If a scanner cannot run, the release is blocked and the reason is stated. It works from the command line, git hooks and GitHub Actions.

Most of the money small businesses lose on AI goes into automating the wrong job. The AI Readiness Scan is a sixty second diagnostic. The owner describes the business in plain words and rates nine tasks on frequency, fit and cost, then gets a straight verdict with the three weakest spots ranked. Sometimes the answer is that the business does not need AI for that job.

A holding group's staff split their week across several companies, and each month someone must work out which company owes what. TimeTrack lets staff log time in one tap and builds the intercompany billing memo from approved hours at each person's hourly cost. Finalized months are frozen, and later fixes appear as adjustments. Memos export to Excel or PDF.

Senior care companies want to know how families will react before they spend on an ad. CareLab runs that research with an AI panel in an afternoon instead of weeks. A quarter of every panel are skeptics, each participant is interviewed separately and every concept test includes a control ad. If the control does not come last, the run is voided. CareLab is in development.

  • How it works

Dawood runs his own agents every day. One researches local businesses and scores them as prospects with fixed rules, and it asks before writing any file. The other is a second brain that answers questions from his own notes, decisions and meetings. Both use custom tools, hard spending limits and search grounded in real data.

This is a sample. Much of what I build is client work that isn't public. If your problem looks like one of these, ask me about it.

How I decide what to build

Six rules, each one learned on a real project.

Find the missing minute

The money hides in a small gap nobody owns, like the sixty seconds a busy front desk lets the phone ring.

The constraint makes the product

Drivers lose signal on county roads, so RouteFlow was built to work offline first.

The sixty second filter

If a check takes longer than the decision deserves, nobody finishes it, so mine is three questions.

Try the filter

AI at the door, never at the calculator

AI reads the messy files coming in, plain code does the math and a person signs off.

Somebody has to hold the keys

Ava drafts every email, but nothing goes out until a person taps approve.

Build in the argument

An AI panel that agrees with you is worse than none, so CareLab builds skeptics into every panel.

Is this job worth automating?

Pick the job in your business that keeps coming back. Answer three questions and you get a straight answer, including "not yet."

Dawood asks these same three questions before he recommends any build.

How often does it come up?
Does it run the same way each time?
What does it cost you?

Your answer shows here once all three are picked.

Common questions

Who is Dawood Kokawala?

Dawood Kokawala is an AI consultant and systems builder based in Conroe, Texas, near Houston. He has written software for 32 years, holds a diploma in computer science and built Careflow, an AI front desk for medical practices that he sold in 2025. He is CEO of MS Dream Solutions LLC and founder and CEO of MSDS ALF Growth Solutions Inc, maker of CareHalo360.

What does an AI consultant do?

An AI consultant finds where a business is losing time or money and decides whether AI is the right fix. Dawood also builds the system he recommends, so the work ends in software the business uses every day.

What industries does Dawood work in?

His systems run in healthcare, oil and gas compliance, construction payroll, waste collection, catering and software security. The industry changes. The method stays the same: find where the time and money leak, then decide whether AI belongs in the fix.

Is there an AI consultant near Houston who also builds the software?

Yes. Dawood Kokawala is based in Conroe, Texas, about 40 miles north of Houston. He designs AI systems and leads every build personally, from voice agents and compliance tools to route apps and internal dashboards.

How does Dawood decide whether a business needs AI?

He starts with the problem. A job is worth automating when it comes up often, follows the same steps each time and costs real time or money. If a job fails those tests, he says so.
